Wonderful apartment which exceeded all our expectations. Our hosts clearly care about their guests comfort and needs and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to the High Street in Kensington, and transport was easy via the nearby tube station. Lovely quiet residential area, with the added bonus of many London activities being close by. We plan to return!

This flat was perfect for our London stay. The location is ideal, the living space is ample, the bedroom is surprisingly quiet, and the roof terrace is lovely for dining al fresco. We always appreciate accommodations that are “in the city, but not of it.” This location is central to the busy metropolis, yet the position on the side street and the cloistered bedroom provide a buffer to the noise and commotion. If I could change anything, it would be to have details of the damage deposit requirement listed clearly during the initial booking.

It exceeded our expectations in terms of location to main sights in London and oozed with charm. It is about two blocks from the Kensington High Street tube station which was super convenient. Communication with Mark was clear and timely. Sophia kindly met us when we checked in and gave us many suggestions of places to eat and things to do. They were lovely hosts who checked in on us a couple times to make sure we were well taken care of. We stayed 6 nights and found it to be well appointed with a nice kitchen stocked with every pot or pan or utensil one needs to prepare meals. They even included UK power adapters. The fast internet was a huge bonus also. The bed was comfortable and we slept well though we were just one block off the busy high street. Obvious care was taken to make this scrumptiously clean sweet little flat was a perfect home away from home in busy London.

My sister and I chose this place for its amenities and location for our yearly London visit. We are both in our 60’s and found that the locality to the nearby tube station and the one flight of stairs worked well for us. We always rent a flat and have stayed in many different areas of London. This place is truly great for the restaurants and shops within walking distance. The flat is clean, spacious and well equipped with everything one would need in a week long stay. We utilized the terrace a lot, and really enjoyed relaxing outside when we were at the flat. Bed was very comfortable, the closets spacious, and the bathroom large and modern (loved the shower). A wonderful neighbor invited us to the neighborhood coronation block party! We loved our stay and definitely will book again!

Spent a lovely 10 days in London with the Kensington /Abingdon Road apartment as our base. The apartment is in a great location, close to public transportation along busy Kensington High Street, yet feeling like a neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable for a couple, well outfitted, and quiet. The living room skylight, windows, and patio were great, bringing in lots of light to the apartment.
